"Telecom fees costliest for smallest
firms"
A recent article in The Phoenix Business Journal stated that
small businesses spend an average of $543 a month on telecomunications
services. This is based on a study conducted for the Small Business
Administration's Office of Advocacy by TeleNomic Research of Herndon,
Va.
The smaller the business, however, the more paid per employee.
The study found that firms with four or fewer employees pay four
times as much per worker for local and long-distance service as
do large businesses.
